Re-experiencing loss as loss and being reminded again that what you loose, you really lost. And you don’t get to have it back. and all of the wonderful things that happen and all of the people who love us and all of that is just wonderful. And what u lost is still gone. And that is just how it is.

What is gone doesn’t nessesarily need to be redeemed, it can just be there. It doesn’t have to be fixed. It can just be there.
